Principal owner of investment company Proup Oy. Owner of Villa Hannala (Haapalandia Invest Oy). Member of the Board of SkartaNYAB Oyj 7/21 – 4/22. Board member of Wetteri Oyj since 5/22. He has served on the board of more than 25 companies. Martti also works as a significant real estate developer and investor.

North Ostrobothnian entrepreneur. Founder of the listed company Afarak Group Oyj (former Ruukki Group) and a long-term Board member 1993-2017. Chairman of the Board of Enersense International Oyj in 2020. Chairman of the Board of SkartaNYAB Oyj since 7/21. Chairman of the Board of Wetteri Oyj since 5/22. Managing director and chairman of the Board of family company PM Ruukki Oy. Markku has founded more than 50 companies and served on their Boards.

He is the principal owner and managing director of Wetteri Oyj, one of the largest car dealerships in Finland. Aarne Simula is also a member of the Board of the listed company SkartaNYAB Oyj. Owner and chairman of the Board of Simula Invest Oy.
